LMD, in recent years, has gotten the attention it long deserved and is similar in some ways to other neurological disorders like Alzheimer's, Parkinsons, and others. Chelia was born October 4, 1944, in Alexandria, Louisiana. She married David Sanderford on January 28, 1966, and at the time of her death they had been married 58 years.
