About us
Established in early 2005, Ethos Engineering provides mechanical and electrical consultancy services to multiple sectors such as Data Centre, Commercial, Fit Out, Healthcare, Education, Pharmaceutical and more. Our mission is to engineer systems that complement the purpose of each building we design, improve the immediate and surrounding community, and meet the objectives of its operations, inhabitants, patrons, operators, and staff. We are ambitious, driven, innovative, and passionate about delivering excellence for our clients and their projects, and we never settle for delivering work quickly at the cost of quality. Our work environment is positive, professional, and supportive. We take our work seriously, but we like to have a lot of fun too and we place huge importance on having a great company culture. We have been recognised as a Great Place to Work 2019-2020 and again in 2020-2021 and Best Organisation to Work for 2022.

The Ethos Engineering Summer Intern Programme is well underway. Over the course of the summer third level students get to shadow and work with our expert engineers gaining experience into the day to day operations of a mechanical and electrical engineering company. Ethos' interns get the opportunity to work with people at all levels of the organisation. With each intern assigned a work buddy to help them throughout the internship. If you are looking at internship opportunities, Ethos' Summer 2025 intake begins in September. Keep an eye out on our socials for news. At Ethos Engineering we are deeply proud and happy to have supported Natasha Gow and Darragh McEvoy in their ambitions to up-skill, enabling them to bring a new level of experience and knowledge to their roles here at Ethos. The Ethos Engineering TY Work Placement Programme gives young students the opportunity to spend a week working across our engineering departments to ascertain whether a career in engineering is something they would like to pursue. Alona Purvlice and Kavya Madhu attended the Build Green Now conference hosted by the Irish Green Building Council last week. Alona and Kavya got to meet colleagues from across the sustainability field.
