Just got an e-mail from @GetSpectrum (@Ask_Spectrum) saying they’ve made it easier to pay my bill. Paying my bill isn’t the problem! Making the service better is what needs work.

@ResedaRocks @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum It should be automatic since they are aware and are alerting us of the outage times. They offer prorated discounts but, by the time you spend time getting ahold of someone to apply it, is the $6.70 really worth it? Meanwhile, people can't work, study, etc.

We're on day 2 of an internet outage in our neighborhood. It would be nice to have some assurance it will be functuonal by the time I have to work monday. You going to credit our bills for TWO DAYS of outages? @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum

Whew @GetSpectrum never had any problems but my bill was $100 mo for 4 years and it jumped to $140?!I can see $10-$15 but $40? I don’t even have all the cable channels lol. For $5 more I can keep my internet and switch to @YouTubeTV and get regular cable and DVR for $145

@Ask_Spectrum No worries I already called, waiting til the 7th to cancel.I’ll be going from a select 16 channels to 117 channels with DVR for $5 more. I wouldn’t mind the $140 if I was getting more but it went up and I didn’t get any benefits

It's so insanely frustrating trying to stream on Twitch with @Ask_Spectrum internet. Constant packet loss and dropped frames. Never use them. The agents I speak with have been no help.

@bikevnooj @GetSpectrum I've had Spectrum since I moved back to Indy in 2016 and the customer service has gotten way better. Getting Comcast set up has been a major headache.

@Ask_Spectrum @VetoPlayer You need to provide an update to NYC residents. We’ve had no internet all day. Kids are trying to learn remotely! You are taking away their ability to do so. How do you not have an update or estimate on the service restoration yet???? HOW?
